Dr. Robert B. Turrill (left) received his MBA and PhD in applied behavioral science for management from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. A recipient of multiple teaching awards, he has developed courses in leadership, organizational design, team design, and interpersonal relationships. He is professor emeritus of clinical management and organization at the Marshall School of Business at USC and helped found the Master of Business for Veterans program, whose board of executive partners he serves on. In 2020, he published the first volume of Transitions in Leadership, documenting the first years of the MBV program. He served in the US Army from 1957-63.

Dr. Heriberto Arámbula, a Pat Tillman Scholar, combat veteran, and public pedagogue, served in the US Army and Coast Guard, achieving the rank of E-5. He holds a PhD in educational and community leadership from Texas State University, where he researches US military veterans' trauma and social integration following their service. He is the founder of the Journal of Veteran Experiences.
